Night Receptionist

We are looking for a Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team at The Franklin London.

The Role

The Night Receptionist plays a crucial part in our success.

As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to our guests during overnight hours. You will assist with late check-ins and early check-outs, handle guest enquiries, and ensure the smooth and secure operation of the Front Office throughout the night, creating a seamless and memorable guest experience.

You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, managing reservations and guest requests efficiently, completing night audit procedures, and ensuring all front office processes are carried out in line with our standards.

As part of the operational team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to ensure the overall success of Starhotels UK.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts and handle night audit procedures.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
